1. Participants and their horses may not arrive on the grounds before 12noon on April 4. If earlier arrival is necessary, please contact Jannelle Wilde at 541-849-2460 or mfarm@centurytel.net to make special arrangements.
2. All horses must leave the grounds by 10:00pm on April 6th or make special arrangements with Jannelle prior.
3. Restricted areas: The following areas are not available to the exhibitors – 1) pastures; 2) white round pens; 3) stalls, wash racks, offices, grooming areas & tack rooms in the main barn
4. Manure pick up: Manure should only be left in allocated areas. There are large fines for every deposit in an unauthorized spot.
5. Lunging: No more than two horses in the lunging arena at a time. No loose horses at any time. Those not complying to this rule will be asked to leave the lunging area.
